At TITAS 2025, Xpore will present e2cycle—the world’s only recycled PET textile made from discarded LCD panels. e2cycle: From Recycling to Upcycling and Upvaluing
Developed through a clean and traceable recycling process, e2cycle extracts optical-grade PET from LCD waste and converts it into recycled yarns and functional membranes. According to BenQ Materials’ internal life cycle assessment, e2cycle achieves a 57% reduction in carbon emissions compared to virgin PET. Beyond addressing raw material shortages in the textile industry, it also creates high-value textiles with uncompromising durability and performance.
By bridging electronics and textiles, e2cycle sets a new benchmark for cross-industry circular innovation and reinforces Taiwan’s role in sustainable manufacturing leadership.
