The outer layer is made using gradual spinning and has gradual color change. Rather than using a dyeing technique, the manufacturing process was altered to allow for gradual color change in the yarn. As a result, a reduction in dye-related pollution is achieved with savings of around 70% in chemicals, water, and energy consumption. Simplified manufacturing procedures were also implemented to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, thereby making our manufacturing process even more eco-friendly.

The lining layer uses recycled polyester to create a 20D Jersey, which brings a soft and silk-like feel to OD809.
