BenQ Materials Displays PFC-free Microporous Technology at FFF Portland 2019

October 21, 2019, Taipei – BenQ Materials Corp. will attend to Functional Fabric Fair Portland 2019, displaying its PFC-free microporous technology for the first time in the U.S. to connect performance and sports brands from all over the globe.

The technology uses a nanoporous membrane to turn textiles into waterproof, breathable ones. This innovative eco-solution is solvent-free in all process and PFC-free in materials, including the membrane and the water repellent reagent on textile. It fulfills the ultimate pursuit of performance and environmental sustainability for outdoor, fashion and sportswear industries.

With the theme of New Eco-solution for Waterproof Breathable Textile, BenQ Materials will highlight its technology and new samples of knitted and lightweight plain weave clothing made from natural fabrics and recycled fabrics, and provide the value for the brand customers who aim to bring eco-friendly choices to consumers and the Earth.
